Once an order is placed, it may not be modified or canceled. We are not obligated to accommodate cancellation requests after submission.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Brick Culture Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all transactions are conducted directly with Brick Culture Co.
You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase and release Shopify from any claims arising from transactions with us.
