Refund policy
We have a 7-day issue reporting window, which means you must notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering the wrong item.
All sales are final unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Color Variation
We make every effort to accurately display our product colors. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, fabric, and the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process. Minor color variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Print Placement
Due to the made-to-order production process, slight variations in print size, placement, or alignment may occur. These minor variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Ordering the wrong item
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Minor color variations
- Minor print placement variations
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a replacement will be provided if your request is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
However, this right does not apply to custom or made-to-order products except where required by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've reviewed your request and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
We are also not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered during checkout
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
